Best ways to lose weight

Custom Keto Diet

Weight loss is one of the hottest topics of the day, and many people try to achieve it by using ways such as putting on a stomach balloon, exercising, eating slimming fruits and drinking a variety of beverages, fat burners, and weight loss drinks. Personally, I think there are only two ways to lose weight: healthy eating and exercise. My dear friends, there is really no other magic way. No one has ever (in the real world!) Lost weight by reading a word. Since recipes and natural remedies are usually the most effective supplements in a diet, in this article we are going to introduce you to some weight loss drinks that along with proper diet and exercise, can help you lose weight.

Before we get into our recommended drinks, we want to talk a little bit about the process of losing weight. Fat (along with protein and carbohydrates) is the stored energy. Calories are actually a unit of measurement for these energies. Through a series of chemical interactions, our body converts fat into energy that can be used by the body’s activities and stores extra energy (calories). To lose weight, you need to consume more energy than your intake calories. This allows the body to use stored fat and lose weight. In fact, fat cells become smaller and smaller over time. Dear friends, keep in mind that all these steps and the process of fat burning depend on the genetic and environmental conditions of the people. The drinks we present to you, under normal circumstances, along with a proper diet, can have a positive effect on the weight loss process.

1. Cinnamon Tea

Blood sugar has a direct effect on our weight and affects how hungry we are.

Blood sugar is one of the determinants of the body’s energy. The more energy you have, the more you will want to exercise. The more balanced your blood sugar, the less likely you are to have a false appetite, and the better your body will be able to use stored fat. Although there is much debate about the effect of cinnamon on blood sugar, many studies show that cinnamon can manage blood sugar levels. So it doesn’t hurt if we try a spicy cinnamon drink.

You will need…

-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

-1 cinnamon stick

-8 ounces of freshwater

Recipe

Pour cinnamon powder and wood into a glass, pour boiling water over the cinnamon inside the glass. It is best to use a covered cup and wait 15 minutes. Your slimming drink is ready. Enjoy your meal! You can drink this tea once or twice a day.

2. Green Tea & Ginger

In addition to its health benefits, green tea has long been considered as an effective ingredient in weight loss. Green tea has three main ingredients that are effective in weight control. Caffeine, Catechins, and Theanine are the three substances mentioned. Caffeine increases the function of the body’s system and speeds up some of the body’s processes, especially the body’s metabolism (all the biological processes that the body of any living thing does to survive) and as you know, metabolism is directly related to weight loss. Catechin, known as an antioxidant flavonoid, is one of the three most important elements in green tea, which distinguishes green tea from black tea and in certain cases, it can help reduce the absorption of fat from the intestines. Theanine is an amino acid found in green tea that helps release Dopamine in the brain (a chemical that makes you feel happy and relaxed). So if you want to reduce your stress, Theanine can be a good option, because unlike caffeine, it doesn’t make a person sensitive or nervous. Ginger, which is added to green tea to make this tea, helps improve the digestive process and gives your green tea a special flavor and aroma without the need to add sugar or anything else. On the other hand, because green tea has a cold nature, adding ginger with a warm nature will balance your drink.

You will need…

-1/2 inch of fresh ginger root, peeled and finely chopped OR ½ teaspoon ground ginger

-1 teaspoon of green tea

-8 ounces of freshwater

-Raw, organic honey (optional)

Recipe

To make this slimming drink and most other teas, it is better to use a strainer cup or put a suitable strainer on the glass. First, put the ginger and green tea in a strainer and put it in a glass of boiling water. Be careful not to soak green tea in boiling water for more than 3 to 4 minutes, as it will taste bitter. Remove the strainer, Your tea is ready. Do not sweeten this tea with sugar, and if you want, you can add a spoonful of honey to it and drink 1 or 2 cups of this slimming tea daily on an empty stomach.

3. Rose Petal tea

Rose Petal acts as a very mild diuretic. Diuretics cause the kidneys to excrete more sodium through the urine, thus helping to detoxify the body. Too much salt lowers the water in the blood and causes the blood to condense, which is not good for blood circulation at all. On the other hand, when you lose weight, you actually lose a lot of water, so you need to get more water, which both cleanses the body and keeps the body hydrated. Believe it or not, this is very useful for weight loss.

You will need…

-A handful of fresh or dried rose petals

-Distilled water (roughly 1-2 cups)

-A pot with a tightly fitting lid

Note: Be sure, especially if using fresh rose petals, that they have not been treated with any sort of chemical (insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, etc.)

Recipe

Pour the petals and water into the teapot (so that the water covers the flowers) and place the teapot on the gas flame. Put the lid on the teapot and wait for it to boil. After boiling for 15 to 20 minutes, strain the tea. You can finally keep this slimming drink in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. You can eat half to one cup of this tea every day on an empty stomach.

4. Ginseng

Asian ginseng is one of the eleven species of ginseng that has fleshy roots. Although there are several varieties of this plant, the two American and Asian varieties are better known. And as various studies have shown, ginseng is a powerful stimulant for boosting the body’s metabolism. Ginseng helps you overcome fatigue and boosts energy and mental ability. A study conducted at a cancer patient care clinic found that the plant had a positive effect even on the paralysis caused by chemical drugs. As you know, when we lose weight, if we don’t have enough energy, it’s hard to exercise, and losing weight requires proper physical activity, and ginseng can help you get energy. There is possible evidence that ginseng also helps keep blood sugar balanced, which in turn affects the body’s energy needs and appetite.

You will need…

-1 teaspoon of chopped American or Korean ginseng

-8 ounces of freshwater

-raw honey/lemon to taste (optional)

Recipe

For each glass of water, pour about 1 teaspoon of crushed ginseng root into your glass or cup. Boil water and add to it. After 5 to 10 minutes, you can pass your drink through a strainer and if you want, add honey or lemon. You can drink it once or twice a day.

5. Dandelion and Peppermint

Dandelion and Peppermint tea is one of the truly amazing drinks that help keep the liver healthy. You know that the liver is a wonderful organ because it is responsible for all the detoxification of the body. So it plays a very key role in the body’s metabolism. The liver is full of cells that break down fat, convert it into usable energy for the body, and raise the metabolism. These cells are also responsible for the flow of bile, which helps breakdown and absorb fats. In the metabolism of carbohydrates, the liver helps keep your blood sugar steady, therefore keeping energy levels up and regulating appetite. So the liver, as a fat fighter, plays an important role in managing and absorbing fats, resulting in weight loss. Dandelion and mint are herbs that help cleanse the liver. Dandelion contains compounds that prevent liver damage. Dandelion and mint both automatically stimulate the production of bile in the liver and help in the process of digestion and absorption of nutrients, so the mixture of these two plants makes them a powerful drink to protect the liver.

You will need…

-1 teaspoon of dried dandelion leaves

-1 teaspoon dried peppermint leaves

-8 ounces of boiling water

-Lemon to taste (optional)

Recipe

Add the boiling water to the mint and dandelion that you previously poured into the glass. Cover the glass and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Then strain your mixture. If you like the taste of lemon, you can enjoy your drink with fresh lemon. There is nothing wrong with drinking a cup of this tea twice a day. You can also make this with fresh dandelion leaves/roots and fresh peppermint, just use a rough handful of the fresh leaves for the amount. If you do use fresh, be absolutely certain that there have been no chemicals applied to them- this is especially important for dandelion. If you use dandelion on a regular basis, I suggest growing your own.

6. Sage tea

We live in a confusing world because our ability to deal with different factors is different. Our bodies are not designed to function in the same way in the face of any external pressure and these pressures can have devastating effects on a wide range of human body issues, including weight gain or loss. When we are stressed, the body secretes a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol affects blood sugar, so it stimulates the appetite and makes calories easily stored as fat. Neuropeptide Y is a neurochemical that is also linked to stress and promotes the growth of fat tissue, which in turn increases appetite. Sage is a plant that calms the mind and body, so it can deal with stress significantly. For this reason, sage tea is one of the drinks that have good effects on weight loss.

You will need…

-A handful of fresh sage OR 2 teaspoons of dried sage

-8 ounces of boiling water

-Lemon to taste (optional)

Recipe

Pour boiling water over sage and steep for 4-5 minutes. Strain, add lemon to taste if you like and drink 1-2 times daily.
